I hereby authorize TOT, its agents, and employees to use the photographic/video image or likeness of the registered child for the use and benefit of TOT in its publications, marketing, and promotional materials.
Opt Out
You must email us at info@totkids.org with a statement that you want to opt out of the policy, including the registered child’s name, and a photograph of the child (to help us identify him/her).
