My entire life has always revolved around the outdoors. From childhood pastimes to family vacations I grew up with a worldview centered around hunting and fishing. I have spent more time in the woods or on the water than just about anything else. Hunting whitetail, turkey, blackbear and waterfowl aswell as fishing for anything with fins are the absolute best things in the world to me. This passion for all things hunting and fishing has only grown with age. During college I competed nation wide for Youngstown State University Bass fishing on both the FLW and BASS collegiate circuits qualifying for two national championships. I graduated with a degree to teach highschool history ,but before too long my true passion brought me to the outdoor industry. I have gotten to spent the past six years as a full time archery technician, fishing sales associate and purchasing fly fishing product for a major Ohio retailer. I am now the Archery Director at Great Lakes Outdoor supply in Middlefield Ohio, and still try to wet a line whenever im not setting up a customer for a successful archery season.
