About Brenda Dugan
With over 30 years of experience in the archery and outdoor industry, I have built a dynamic career spanning marketing, ProStaff leadership, sponsorship management, direct sales, and media engagement. I have had the privilege of representing and working with top-tier brands, including TenPoint Crossbows, Mossy Oak, Tactacam, Alpen Bresser Optics, and Obsession Bows, to name just a few.
From securing and managing high-impact sponsorships to appearing on TV shows and supporting direct-to-consumer sales, my work has been driven by a passion for the archery community and a deep commitment to helping brands connect with their audience in meaningful ways. My hands-on expertise extends across product launches, brand building, and customer engagement strategies.
Based in Kentucky, I am also a proud parent to four amazing, grown children who inspire me every day.
